Log into your account you’ll be redirected to the order page.
At the top of the page expand the menu under your profile picture and click “Settings".
Make sure you have set up your phone number under the “Your Profile” section.
Notification Preferences - You can change the frequency you are notified about your order’s delivery.
Can I reply to these text messages?
No, the phone number used to send SMS notifications is read-only, so can only be used to send notifications.
